Although we always do our best to dispatch orders promptly, shipping times cannot be guaranteed once a package has been dispatched. We provide estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include Customs processing. If your order will pass through Customs, please expect a delay. If your order requires special packaging or special paperwork, we may contact you to let you know that additional fees may apply.
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. We endeavour to keep all information on our site both up to date and accurate, however on some occasions this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to supply an item in your order despite our best attempts to do so, we will refund the payment for the item in full. Any other remaining items in your order will be processed as normal, and you will receive a message to notify you accordingly.
You may cancel an outstanding order at any time, as long as it has not yet been invoiced or dispatched to you. To cancel an order, use our Contact Page to send us a message and advise us you wish to cancel the order. Please be certain to include the order number in your message. You will subsequently receive a message confirming the cancellation. Please do nat take any further action until you receive your cancellation confirmation message. If your payment has already been processed, we will refund your payment in full.
If you wish to cancel an order after any part of it has already been shipped you will be asked to return the shipped items to us. Once we have received your item(s) we will refund your payment in full, providing all items are returned undamaged. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
